3. Is food or alcohol allowed on the premises?\u00a0 Yes.\u00a0 CJE Foundation Food Service must cater events at the CJE Event Center with the proper licensed caterer\/bartender to provide services.\u00a0<\/span>In compliance with State Health Department guidelines, events with food\/alcohol service must have ServSafe certified\/licensed caterer where food is prepared in a commercial kitchen. Food cannot be prepared at home per the Health Department guidelines. Bartenders must comply with Department of Revenue alcohol license\/permit guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. What time can I enter the facility? You set your start time. Your rental is for a maximum of 8 hours. Event hours cannot start prior to 10:00AM and cannot go past 12:00AM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. Can I split my hours between setup and then comeback later for the event? No. You are responsible for the facility from setup through closing and cannot exceed 8 hours without incurring additional charges. Hourly rate is included on application. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. Are tables and chairs included in the rental? Yes. Indoor and outside seating is included. CJE Foundation HQ \u2013 72 off-white chairs, 6 – 6ft rectangle tables and miscellaneous tables. CJE Center – 125 white chairs, 12 white round banquet tables, 4 – 6ft rectangle tables, 5 high- boys and other miscellaneous tables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7. Can the furniture such as tables and chairs be taken outside? No. Nothing can be removed from the building. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 8. Is audiovisual include in the rental? No. Televisions, microphones or any other equipment are not included with rental. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 9. Can I see the facility ahead of time? Every Friday starting at 12:00-6pm you can tour the facility or rehearse for 1 hour. We are open for business and you and your guest are welcome to join us for dinner. No outside food\/beverages are allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 10. Can I have DJ music at my event? Yes, but the volume cannot disturb other events or neighbors. Music must be kept to a minimum and if there is a report of loud noise; your event will be cancelled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 11. Can I sell tickets at the door? No. CJE facilities are not intended for fundraising or making a profit but for private events. For fundraising events, organization must partner with CJE Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 12. Is ice available? Yes, we sell ice for $2.50-10lb bag. Inform us at the time of application and include the cost in your total bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 13. Can I cook on the premises? The inside kitchen is for warming foods only. You cannot grill on the outside unless you use a certified vendor. All ashes must be removed from the property and not dumped. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 14. Can I use tape\/pins on the wall? No. These items cause damages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 15. Can I have open flames i.e., candles? No. This is a safety hazard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 16. What do I do after my event is over? Make sure you gather all belongings, put all trash in trashcans (tie trash bags), turn off all lights and AC\/Heat and secure the doors.<\/p>\n\n\n
